Brilliant service - really like the reminders especially when there are bank holidays

Really like the reminders- great idea. Do get caught out when they don't come though and have to go into the app and add the next set of dates. Is there any way they can just be pushed out without this step?

Only one comment. Could the updated dates be pushed out at a time other than 1am in the morning as this notification wakes me up?

An enormously useful app. I would second the commenter who requested details on what could be put in bins, but otherwise excellent!

I'm really liking this app , so are my family ..great for all round bin collection satisfaction. It's very good that you can set reminders and also report missed bins too .

The app worked perfectly until recently. Now it won’t add calendar updates, even though the phone is set to accept events to my calendar from the app. The app says I have not given permission, but I’m not about to let anyone have full access to view my home calendar! It shouldn’t need that and never did before now!

Had this app for two years now. It's not let me down once.👍

I reported on this app soon after it started, and said that it was very good, did what it should do, and worked perfectly. Sadly this is not now the case. It’s ok on the iPad, but it cannot currently be used on an iPhone as it is set too big to show on the screen. You’ve been told about this before, in a review on the AppStore, but you’ve not tried to mend it - please do so now!

The App doesn’t seem to load my reminder times other than that App is very helpful.

Great useful app gives clear instructions on when the next relevant bin is due to go for emptying.

Love the reminders especially around public holidays. Also like that im able to change the notification times.

I really like the reminders but at the moment am getting duplicate dates for each bin? One reminder with a blue icon and one with a mauve icon?

The latest dates will not upload to my calendar.

I think this is a brilliant idea, the app is very good and easy to use. Would be nice if I could down load an app to pay council tax too.

Hi. I've been using this for a couple of years now and it has been brilliant. Recently the app has not been able to add dates to my calendar. I've not changed anything. Same phone, same settings.

Any idea how I can get it to start saving dates again? Anyone else had this problem?

You should add brown bin

Had this app for some time now. No problems at all....does a good job.

Simple and easy to use App. Would be even better if it was able to display and give information on the types of material which can be placed in each type of bin to avoid any confusion should you have any query.

It's doesn't recognise my address. This is new, as when I first got the app my address resolved perfectly. Otherwise, I think that it is excellent and I love the reminder that I get each week.

I like the reminders they are very helpful especially as they tie in with my calendar. Wish the guys collecting the recycling would replace the clear bags we use though as seems a waste of postage ordering more online.

I do like being advised of bin dates as it’s helpful, and I don’t forget to put the bin out. BUT, could there not be more bin dates sent out, at the same time, instead of receiving these reminders so often?

I’ve received 4 x updates for the same period!

An excellent app. I agree with Marjie, new bin dates sounds like a change.

‘New’ bin dates makes it sounds like a change. ‘Further’ bin dates would be better.

I haven't missed a bin date yet thanks to these reminders! So useful

Extremely helpful for those with memory issues

This is a great app, and I’ve come to rely on it. Far better than the info sheets which can get lost over the year! But it’s a bit worrying that the dates on the app are not currently being updated - why is the last date on there 3 September? Do hope it’s not being discontinued.

Brilliant idea, we never received the calendar with the bin dates on.

Excellent app. My husband is away a lot and it helps me a) to remember to put the bins out the night before and b) tells me which one. Just adds it to my calendar.

Great app very easy to use. It saves the dates in my calander. Love it! It sets a alarm the night the bin is due to go out.
